Accredited Tuition Provider Registration

Purpose and Scope

This form is for institutions seeking accreditation to provide tuition or learning support for ICTAZ programmes. It supports due diligence on academic capacity, lecturer competence, learning infrastructure, student support, quality assurance and programme integrity.

Once approved, your institution will be entered into the ICTAZ Accredited Tuition Providers Register.

Before you begin — you will need:

1. Institution registration certificate / licence
2. Tax clearance certificate (or equivalent)
3. Lecturer CVs and qualification certificates
4. Quality assurance, student support, and data protection policies
5. LMS screenshots or online delivery evidence (where applicable)
6. Facilities photos or premises evidence
